1. Data Processed by the Visual Itself

The Visual runs entirely inside your own Power BI report, rendered in your browser or the Power BI Desktop application. It does not have a backend server, and it does not transmit your report data anywhere.

• All date and measure calculations happen locally, in-memory, within Power BI's own rendering sandbox.
• No report data, field names, or measure values are sent to any external server, API, or third party by the Visual.
• No analytics, telemetry, or tracking is embedded in the Visual's code.
• The Visual does not use cookies, local storage, or browser storage of any kind to persist your report data.

2. Data Collected on This Website

The vizhawk.com website (this product page, documentation, and support pages) may collect limited technical data for the purpose of operating and improving the site:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider (Vercel).
• No personal information is collected on this site unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. by emailing us).
• We do not sell, rent, or share any visitor data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

The visual is completely free to use. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other checkout information directly.

4. Email Communication

If you contact us at dev@vizhawk.com for support, we will use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add purchasers to a marketing mailing list without explicit opt-in, and we do not share your email address with any third party.

5. Third-Party Services

This product and site rely on the following third-party services:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Microsoft Power BI — the runtime environment in which the Visual operates; subject to Microsoft's own privacy terms

Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy governing data they may process independently of us.

6. Data Retention

We retain email correspondence related to support requests for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the issue and maintain a support history, typically no longer than 24 months.

7. Children's Privacy

This product and website are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as support email correspondence) by contacting us at dev@vizhawk.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Visual or this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
